MESA, in association with EHDD Architects, designed Big Cat Falls for the Philadelphia Zoo. This exhibit renovates their old big cat house into a modern immersive habitat, which houses African Lions, Cougars and Jaguars from the Americas, and Amur Leopards and Tigers.

The existing structure was renovated to provide for new holdings as well as interior exhibits with large outdoor yards and winding paths. Extensive landscaping and exhibit artifacts immerse the visitor into the various habitats of these large cats.
