The MESA team completed a Master Plan update and construction documents for phase one of the University of Arkansas’ Garvan Woodland Gardens. The 200 acre site was largely in an undisturbed natural state with only minimal enhancements when it was left to the University several years ago. Constructed gardens include The Garden of the Pine Winds, Serpentine Bridge, Moon Bridge, The Woodland Walk, The Great Lawn and numerous infrastructure improvements which are necessary to support the gardens operation.
